Interview
The tap bodies
Choose softness : Use a clean, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges and rough microfibers that could damage surfaces.
Avoid steam : Do not use a steam cleaner, as high temperatures may damage internal components.
Choose a suitable detergent : prefer gentle products, for example those based on citric acid.
Avoid harsh products : Avoid any detergent containing hydrochloric, formic, acetic, or bleach acids. Phosphoric acid-based products may be tolerated in some cases, but are not recommended.
Do not mix products : combining different detergents can cause harmful chemical reactions.
Apply correctly : Never spray the product directly onto the shower. Place it on a soft cloth before cleaning.
Rinse thoroughly : always finish by rinsing with clean water to remove all traces of product.
The aerator
If the water jet becomes less regular, it is recommended to clean the aerator.
Simply remove it and soak it in hot water with a few drops of mild detergent to effectively remove limescale deposits.
Cartridges and inverters
These mechanisms require regular servicing, generally every one to three years, depending on the quality of the water distributed.
It is recommended to use a food-grade silicone-based grease, enriched with Teflon particles. This type of lubricant ensures perfect sealing, extends the life of components and guarantees optimal user comfort.
