Solid brass & micrometric machining
Selected brass bars, machined on high-precision machines and then hand-finished for clean edges and perfect bearings. The parts are heavy, stable, and play-free:
- tight tolerances, EU standard thread (easy compatibility);
- regular chamfers for a pleasant feel and clean assembly.
Masterfully hand-finished
After multi-pass sanding and polishing, each piece is brushed in a single grain , then treated (PVD, technical lacquers or mirror polishing). Color control under neutral light (≈5200 K) for a faithful shade (brushed gold, gunmetal, nickel, etc.):
- deep and even appearance, without aggressive reflections;
- surfaces designed to withstand daily use.
Assembly & calibration
Manual assembly of components with suitable seals, professional-grade ceramic cartridges and food-grade lubrication. Each mixer is calibrated for a comfortable and economical flow rate:
- Standard compatibilities (center distance/EU thread) for trouble-free installation;
- Smooth lever movement, long-lasting temperature accuracy.
Final tests & traceability
Each part is tested for pressure/tightness, opening/closing endurance, flow stability, and acoustic control. The finishes undergo corrosion tests (salt spray type). A batch number ensures tracking:
- 100% visual inspection before shipment 48 hours;
